Osher Lifelong Learning Institute

Membership

If you are age 50 or better and have a curious mind, join us! Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) members enjoy the intellectual stimulation of a learning community of adults, as well as opportunities for interaction with college students. Special lectures, tours, and trips provide additional opportunities for learning, enjoyment, and meeting others with similar interests.

Membership Benefits

As an OLLI member, you have the opportunity to:

  • Register for an unlimited number of OLLI courses and study groups.
  • Audit two University of Pittsburgh undergraduate courses per academic term. Course audits beyond two per term are $25 per course.
  • Attend special lectures, tours, workshops, and seminars. Most events are free to members; some may have a nominal fee.
  • Receive an OLLI photo identification card that provides access to University of Pittsburgh services, including libraries, campus shuttles, and discounts on tickets for many local cultural events through PITT ARTS.

Membership Fees

Choose from one of the following membership options. Membership terms follow the academic calendar at the University of Pittsburgh (fall, spring, summer).

  • Term membership (receive all member benefits for one term): $125
  • Annual membership (three consecutive terms) $225
    This option saves you 40 percent off single term fees.

Other fees

Additional course audits beyond two per term: $25 per course

University of Pittsburgh Alumni Association Member Savings

Members of Pitt’s Alumni Association receive a 10 percent discount off the term or annual membership fee. Use discount code ALU when you call or mail it in (note the discount cannot be credited online).
